She will be focusing on securing our data pipeline, self-service business intelligence, along with our other IT-infrastructure. We are already carbon neutral, but we aim to be fully fossil free in our Data & Analytics flow by 2030 in close collaboration with Google.
Diana will also drive our investments in new technologies such as our machine learning algorithms that will run atop our Data Lakehouse for analytics, as well as expand our use of Artificial Intelligence in our digital business channels.

Christian Ahlin will continue to head the Nordward CIO function and together with Data & Analytics, the group will now increase its focus on digital flows, and onsupporting and enabling our staff to offer the best customer experience. Data & Analytics will work to identify and implement said improvements together with all departments at Nordward.
